Land temporarily reserved in the Otago Land District for the Purposes of the General Government.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart temporarily as reserves, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes of the General Government.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 29·7 perches, more or less, being Section 1390R, and part Sections 32 and 35, Block XXXIII, Town of Havelock, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-west by a public road, 153·8 links and 249·8 links; towards the south-east by the railway reserve, 228·6 links; towards the south-west and south-east by part Section 34, Block XXXIII, Town of Havelock, 49·6 links and 199·9 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/7/30A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 11th day of May, 1932.

PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by section 37 of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, I, Charles Edward de la Barca Macmillan, Minister of Agriculture, do hereby appoint Francis Robert Bould,
being an Inspector appointed under Part I of the said Act, to be a member of the Mount Benger and the Roxburgh East Rabbit Boards established under the said Act, vice James Fleming, transferred.

Classification of Roads in Levels County.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto, and situated in the Levels County, shall belong to the respective class of roads shown in the said Schedule.
