SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 32 perches, more or less, being part of Reserve Number 3060, Block VII, Halswell Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-west by the road to Beach, 61-4 and 40-0 links; and again towards the north-east, south-east, and south-west by part of Reserve Number 3060, 209-4 links, 100-0 links, and 193-0 links respectively. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/109n, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 8th day of January, 1932.

Land temporarily reserved in the Taranaki Land District for a Site for a Ladies’ Rest-room and a Dental Clinic.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart temporarily as reserves, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a ladies’ rest-room and a dental clinic.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 19-39 perches, more or less, being parts of Section 78, Town of Urenui, Block III, Waitara Survey District: Bounded towards the north by other part of section 78, 200 links; towards the east by Section 93, 60-6 links; towards the south by Section 79, 200 links; and towards the west by Ngakoti Street, 60-6 links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/121A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 8th day of January, 1932.

Notifying the proposed Exchange of Crown Land in the North Auckland Land District for other Land.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and sixty of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Governor-General, whenever he deems it expedient in the public interest, to grant in fee-simple any area of Crown land which is subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924, in exchange for the fee-simple of any other land, and on any such exchange to pay or receive any sum by way of equality of exchange:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to exchange the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and the owner of the land described in the Second Schedule has agreed to such exchange:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the aforesaid powers and authorities, doth hereby declare it is his intention to grant in fee-simple the area of Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto in exchange for the fee-simple of the land described in the Second Schedule.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF LAND AUTHORIZED TO BE EXCHANGED.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Rodney County, situate in Block I, Rodney Survey District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being Sections 43, 44, and 45, Village of Leigh. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/501D, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 23975.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Rodney County, situate in Block I, Rodney Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 38 perches, more or less, being Section 46, Village of Leigh. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/501E, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 1100.)

All that piece or parcel of land in the Borough of Lower Hutt, situate in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 26-5 perches, more or less, being an area of Crown land (accretion) in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District: Bounded by a line commencing at a point on the left bank of the Hutt River, such point being the intersection of the production of the boundary between Sections 20, Harbour Registration District, and 77, Hutt Registration District, with the said bank of the Hutt River; thence proceeding in a northerly direction along the left bank of the Hutt River for a distance of approximately 1280 links to its intersection with the south-western side of a public street; thence in a south-easterly direction by the said street for a distance of 202-51 links to the western side of a street closed by Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette of the 6th August, 1931, page 2209; thence in a southerly direction by the said closed street to the northern boundary of Section 20, Harbour Registration District, a distance of 1215-78 links; thence in a westerly direction for a distance of 247-45 links by the northern boundary of the said Section 20 and the production thereof to its intersection with the left bank of the Hutt River, the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/3417, deposited, under No. 2637, in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Borough of Lower Hutt, situate in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 14-8 perches, more or less, being portion of a closed street adjoining Lot 2, D.P. 7217, and Lot 1, D.P. 985, part Sections 15 and 77, Hutt Registration District, Block XIV, Belmont Survey District: Bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of the said
