Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block VIII, Onewhero Survey District, Raglan County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Onewhero Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—

A. R. P. Being
0 0 17 Lot 4, D.P. 19209, being part Allotment 54; coloured red.
0 0 28 Part Lot 3, D.P. 19209, being part Allotment 54; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 7 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 19209, being parts Allotment 54; coloured green.

All situated in Block VIII, Onewhero Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (Parish of Onewhero). (S.O. 26042.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82599, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of December, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tokatoka and Matakohe Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres 0 roods 10 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 7, Block V, Matakohe Survey District; coloured green. (Auckland R.D.) (S.O. 20733.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83284, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of January, 1932.
