BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on me by section forty of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Patrick Hally
to be a Conciliation Commissioner under and for the purposes of Part II of the said Act; appointment to date from the twenty-third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 21st day of April, 1932.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, at the places set opposite their names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by section three hundred and one of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that Commodore Fischer Burges Watson, D.S.O., R.N., being a person holding the office of Commanding Officer of H.M.S. “Diomede,” is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Licensing Act, 1931, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby appoint
William Thompson Churchward, Solicitor, of Blenheim,
to be acting Chairman of the District Licensing Authority for No. 7 Transport District, for the purposes of the said Act, during the absence from meetings of the Chairman, Sidney Alfred Gibbs.
