A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Tuhua
Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 31·6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 54.

Situated in Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 26338.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83831,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of
April, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 7 acres 3 roods 7 perches.
Being portion of Waihou West No. 1a part 2 (D.P. 1090A).

Situated in Block XII, Waihou Survey District. (S.O.
21472.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51190,
sheet 2, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of
April, 1932.

do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Proclaiming Road-lines laid out through Orete 3a, Kaikoura
No. 12, and Waiohota A Blocks, Whangaparaoa and Waiawa
Survey Districts, Gisborne Land District, to be Public Roads.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto
were by orders of the Native Land Court made on
the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-one, duly laid out as road-lines in pursuance of
sections forty-nine and fifty of the Native Land Amendment
Act, 1913:

And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in
the public interest that the said road-lines should be proclaimed
as public roads and notifications to that effect have been for-
warded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one
of the said Act:

And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention
to proclaim the said road-lines as public roads has been given
by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district
concerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred
and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931:

And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-lines
should be proclaimed as public roads.

Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and
exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and
eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby pro-
claim as public roads the road-lines described in the Schedule
hereto.
