ERRATUM.—In Gazette No. 19, of the 17th March, 1932, page 547, in Order in Council prohibiting all alienation of Awaawakino A and other blocks other than alienation in favour of the Crown, on page 548 for “Matapapa 1, Sections 1, 2, and 3,” read “Maungaroa 1, Sections 1, 2, and 3”.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Newcastle Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :

A. R. P. Being Portion of

0 0 41 Part Allotment 104, Komakorau Parish (being 0 0 82 land taken for camping-ground).

Situated in Block IV, Newcastle Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26512.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83900, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of April, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Komakorau Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :

A. R. P. Being Portion of

0 0 20 Allotment 4; coloured yellow.

2 0 5 Allotment 293 (Landing Reserve); coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 3 roods 15·6 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Allotments 293 (Landing Reserve) and 14 ; coloured green.

All situated in Block IX, Komakorau Survey District. (Auckland R.D.). (Pukete Parish.) (S.O. 26084.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83814, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
