IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of GEORGE HOWES AND COMPANY, LIMITED.
AT a general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at Dunedin on the seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, the following resolution was duly passed:
Resolved: “That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. HAROLD HUGH SYKES, of Number 99 Lower High Street, Dunedin, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.”

NOTICE is hereby given that on the fifth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, the following special resolution was duly passed in manner provided by subsection (6) of Section 168 of the Companies Act, 1908:
Special Resolution of the Company.
It is hereby resolved : “That the company be wound up voluntarily in pursuance of the powers contained in section 220, subsection (b) of the Companies Act, 1908.”
All claims should be submitted not later than the 30th April, 1932, to the Liquidator, W. H. NANKERVIS, Public Accountant, Union Bank Chambers, Wellington.

CENTRAL MOTORS LIMITED (A PRIVATE COMPANY).
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that on the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, the following resolution was passed by the above-named company:
It was resolved : “That the company go into voluntary liquidation as from the 12th March, 1932 ; and that W. H. NANKERVIS, Public Accountant, Union Bank Chambers, Wellington, be appointed Liquidator.”
All claims should be submitted not later than the 30th April, 1932, to W. H. NANKERVIS, Public Accountant, Union Bank Chambers, Wellington.

HAMILTON MOTORS LTD.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of HAMILTON MOTORS LTD., registered under the Companies Act, 1908.
AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on the 23rd day of March, 1932, at the Registered Office, Victoria Street, Hamilton, the following extraordinary resolutions were passed:
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that therefore the company be wound up voluntarily.”
“That Mr. W. H. WILLIAMS be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
All creditors who have claims against the company must lodge same with the Liquidator on or before the 20th day of May, 1932, together with proof of debt, otherwise they may be excluded from any dividends that may be declared.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of GODFREY AND TAYLOR, LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 67 Riddiford Street, in the City of Wellington.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 5th day of April, 1932, presented to Mr. Justice Ostler, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by Moore, Wilson, and Company, Limited, of Lorne Street, Wellington, a creditor of the said company; and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, at 10 a.m. on Friday, the 22nd day of April, 1932 ; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose ; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Single copies of the Gazette as follows:
Ordinary Weekly Gazette : For the first 32 pages, 9d., increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof ; postage, 1d.
Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes : For the first 8 pages, 6d.; over 8 pages and not exceeding 32 pages, 9d. ; increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.
