NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court an election to administer in respect of the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder set forth.

Settlement Land in Auckland Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease.
District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 11th April, 1932.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section is open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1925; and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Friday, 20th May, 1932.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Tuesday, 24th May, 1932, at 10 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—FIRST-CLASS LAND.—SETTLEMENT LAND.
Waikato County.—Mangakura Settlement.
SECTIONS 5s and 10s: Area, 214 acres 1 rood 38 perches. Capital value, £2,285. Half-yearly rent, £57 2s. 6d.
Weighted with £86, for improvements consisting of a wooden hut; separator and engine rooms; 20 chains four-wire boundary fence; 15 chains subdivisional fence; 10 acres rushed and heaped. This sum is payable in cash.
Dairying property, situated on the Waerenga-Maramarua Road, fourteen miles and a half from the Te Kauwhata Railway-station by a metalled road for thirteen miles and a half, balance formed clay road; sixteen miles and a half from Rangiriri Saleyards, and three miles from Okaerea School; two miles from rural-delivery box. Cream collected at gate.
Section comprises about 135 acres of level land, portions of which are liable to occasional slight flooding, and 79¼ acres undulating to hilly. The whole area is ploughable.
The soil is part alluvial and part clay resting on clay formation. Well watered by running streams and springs.
The improvements included in the capital value consist of 181 acres broken from natural state and grassed; 42 chains road boundary fencing; half-share 20 chains boundary fencing; 26 chains boundary fencing; 40 chains subdivisional fencing; ditches and drains and consolidation by drains: total value, £1,132.
Special condition: Selector to cut and burn all blackberry between January and April annually, and also to maintain sufficient drainage through and from the section. All main channels and other drains to be cleaned out at least once each year.
