His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit all alienations of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienations in favour of the Crown.

Revoking Order in Council of the 7th day of May, 1930, Licensing William Henry Rush and William Alcock, of Auckland, to occupy Parts of the Land below Low-water Mark at Whangapoua for the Purpose of taking Sand.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of April, 1932.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in the Gazette of the fifteenth day of the same month, at page 1627, William Henry Rush and William Alcock, of Auckland (hereinafter referred to as “the licensees”), were licensed to use and occupy parts of the land below low-water mark at Whangapoua, as shown on plan marked M.D. 6775, for the purpose of taking sand:
And whereas the licensees have applied to have the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the same:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, as from the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

Vesting a Reserve in the Rangiora County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of April, 1932.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a public pound: And whereas it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Rangiora County Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the ninth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Rangiora County Council, in trust, as a reserve for a public pound.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 32 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 9 of Reserve No. 94, Block XI, Rangiora Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-west by part of Lot 9 of the said Reserve No. 94, 175-02 links; towards the east by the Main North Road, 149-41 links; towards the south-east by part of Lot 9 of the said Reserve No. 94, 101-24 links; and again towards the south-west by the Rangiora-Woodend Road, 149-41 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/5638, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Wairewa County Council declared a Leasing Authority under the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of April, 1932.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS the Wairewa County Council is a body of persons having power to lease lands held in trust, reserved, or set apart for public purposes, and has requested the Governor-General in Council to declare it to be a leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in compliance with such request, and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred by the above-mentioned Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the Wairewa County Council is a leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908.
