AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of
the above-mentioned company, duly convened and held
at the registered office of the company, 290 Lambton Quay,
Wellington, on Wednesday, the 16th day of March, 1932, the
following extraordinary resolution was duly passed :-

" That the company be wound up voluntarily, and RICHARD
JAMES LAING, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed
Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up."

resolution of shareholders was passed on 14th March,
1932.

"That the company's main source of income having ceased,
this company go into voluntary liquidation as from this date,
and that Mr. R. S. Newcomb be appointed Liquidator."

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court
was on 16th March, 1932, presented to the Honourable
Mr. Justice Ostler, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by the said
company, and the said petition is directed to be heard before a
Judge of the said Court on the 15th day of April, 1932, at
10 o'clock a.m., at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, and
any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said
company under the above Act should appear at the time of
hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a
copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or con-
tributory of the said company requiring the same by the
undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
