Mangonui Riding.
Commencing at the confluence of the Taipa River with the sea on the Oruru Riding boundary hereinbefore described, and bounded towards the north generally by the sea to the Whangaroa County boundary as described in New Zealand Gazette, No. 63, of the 1st May, 1918, page 1686 ; thence on the east and south-east generally by the said Whangaroa County boundary to the Oruru Riding boundary hereinbefore described; thence towards the south-west and west generally by the said Oruru Riding to the point of commencement.
The foregoing special order was duly made by the Mangonui County Council at a special meeting of the said Council convened for that purpose on the 22nd day of January, 1932, and confirmed by the said Council on the 11th day of March, 1932.
The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Mangonui County was hereto affixed at the office of the Mangonui County Council on the 11th day of March, 1932, in the presence of—

THE following special order made by the Vincent County Council is published in accordance with the provisions of the Counties Amendment Act, 1931.
ADAM HAMILTON, Minister of Internal Affairs.
In the matter of the Counties Act, 1920, and the Counties Amendment Act, 1931, and in the matter of the Corporation of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Vincent.
Special Order passed at a Special Meeting of the Vincent County Council held at Clyde on the twenty-fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and confirmed at a Meeting held on the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in and conferred upon it by section two of the Counties Amendment Act, 1931, and of every and any other Act, power, and authority in this behalf it hereunto enabling, the Vincent County Council hereby resolves by way of special order and declares as follows :—

That the provisions of sections 121 and 131 of the Counties Act, 1920, shall not apply to the Council.

That on the taking effect of this special order the separate riding accounts kept pursuant to subsection (3) of section 131 of the Counties Act, 1920, shall forthwith be closed, and the balances thereof incorporated in the General Account of the County Fund.

That this special order shall take effect from the close of the financial year ending on the 31st day of March, 1932.
I hereby certify that the above special order has been duly made.

Prohibition of Issue of Money-orders and Transmission of Postal Correspondence in New Zealand for J. Baum, Ebenholz-Vaduz, via Buchs, St. Gallen, Switzerland.
HE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, having reasonable ground for supposing that the person whose name and address are shown in the Schedule hereunder is engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery or scheme of chance, it is hereby ordered, under section 32 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, that no money-order in favour of the said person shall be issued, and that no postal packet addressed to the said person (either by his or her own or any fictitious or assumed name) or addressed to the address in the Schedule hereunder without a name shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.

Notice to Owner of Land under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), Unclaimed Lands.
To the owner of all that parcel of land containing 50 acres, more or less, being Allotment 302, Parish of Te Papa, Cook County, bounded on the north by Allotment 301, 2251 links ; on the east by Allotment 303, 1925 links ; on the south by Allotment 316; 2855 links ; and on the west by a road 100 links wide, 1278 links and 1090 links, which said parcel of land was granted to HARRY DE ROZELLE, a private in the First Regiment, Waikato Militia, by Crown Grant dated 29th June, 1868, held unregistered in the Deeds Register Office at Auckland under Number R. 73.
WHEREAS after due inquiry the owner of the above-described land cannot be found :
And whereas the said owner has no known agent or agents in New Zealand :
Now the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner within six months from the date of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land, and if he does not do so the Public Trustee will exercise with regard to the said land all the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.
