NOTICE is hereby given that a petition has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Auckland for the approval of a scheme for the administration of the above fund, and will be heard in the Judge’s Chambers at the Supreme Court, Auckland, on Friday, the 8th day of April, 1932, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon.

The said scheme is open for inspection to the public at the said Court without fee or charge.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned JAMES RUSSELL, JAMES CHARLES FINLAYSON RUSSELL, and JOHN EDWARD RUSSELL, in the trade or business of General Storekeepers and Grocers, carried on at No. 62A Northland Road, in the City of Wellington, under the style of “J. PURSUANT to the provisions of section 42 of the Rating Act, 1925, I hereby give notice that, at a poll of the ratepayers of the Borough of Petone, taken on the 9th day of March, 1932, on the proposal that the system of rating on the unimproved value shall apply to water rates, gas rates, electric-light rates, sewerage rates, and hospital and charitable-aid rates, as well as to other rates leviable under the Rating Act, 1925, in the Borough of Petone,—
