EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate copy of Lease Registered No. 1403 over Lots 3 and 4 of Section 43 D.P. 294, which said parcels are part Section 1001 of the Town of Westport, whereof AMELIA MADELINE HARRISON, now deceased, was the registered lessee, and application having been made to me by the Public Trustee, the executor in the estate of the said Amelia Madeline Harrison, to register a surrender of the said lease, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to dispense with the production of the said outstanding duplicate under section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, and to register such surrender accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
