Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby constitute by the specific name of the “New River Hundred Rabbit District,” and declare that area of land defined in the Schedule hereto to be a rabbit district under and for the purposes of Part II of the said Act, and doth hereby further declare that the basis on which the Board to be established for the said district shall first levy its general rate shall be on the basis of the acreage of the rateable property in the said district.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Southland Land District, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the Oreti River, in line with the north-western boundary of Section 18, Block VI, New River Hundred; thence in a northerly direction generally along the said Oreti River to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 14, D.P. 2556, situate in Block I, Oreti Hundred; thence in a north-westerly direction along a public road to its junction with the Waimatuku – Spar Bush Road; thence in a westerly direction generally along the said Waimatuku – Spar Bush Road to the north-western corner of Section 97, Block II, Oreti Hundred; thence in a southerly direction along the western boundary of said Section 97 to the northern boundary of New River Hundred; thence in a westerly direction along the said boundary of New River Hundred to the Waimatuku Stream; thence in a southerly direction generally along the said Waimatuku Stream to the sea; thence in a south-easterly direction along the coast to the south-western corner of Block XIX, New River Hundred; thence in an easterly direction along the southern boundary of said Block XIX, New River Hundred, to Trig. R; thence in a northerly direction along the eastern boundary of said Block XIX, New River Hundred, to the south-western corner of Block VI, New River Hundred; thence in an easterly direction generally along the southern boundary of said Block VI, New River Hundred, to the most westerly corner of Section 18, Block VI, New River Hundred; thence in a north-easterly direction along the north-western boundary of said Section 18, and that line produced to the starting-point.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Waikato County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring Land as an Education Reserve.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of March, 1932.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section thirty-nine, subsection eleven, of the Finance Act, 1931 (No. 2), it was provided that all property of the Board of Managers of the Napier Technical School, save in so far as the same are expressly excepted by the Governor-General by Order in Council gazetted, shall vest in the Napier Secondary Education Board:
And whereas by Order in Council dated the twenty-third day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published on page 1810 of the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, inter alia, the land described in the Schedule hereto was excepted from vesting in the Napier Secondary Education Board:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the said section thirty-nine of the Finance Act, 1931 (No. 2), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in His Majesty the King as an endowment for secondary education, and doth hereby direct that the same shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928.
SCHEDULE.
All that piece of land, situate in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay, containing 39 perches, being part of Town Section numbered 357, as shown on the Government map of the Town of Napier, and being also the Lots 1, 2, and 3 as shown on the plan showing the subdivision into allotments of part of the said section deposited in the Deeds Registry Office at Napier, No. 299, bounded as follows: On the north-east by Munroe Street, 150 links; on the south-east by Station Street, 100 links and 62·5 links; on the south-west by other part of Town Section 357, 150 links; and on the north-west by Town Sections Nos. 355 and 356, 162·5 links. Together with all the rights, easements, and appurtenances thereunto belonging and appertaining, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 112, folio 55, Hawke’s Bay Registry.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-first day of the same month, at page 858, the Waitemata County Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Council,” in which term is to be construed, unless the context requires a different construction, its successors and assigns) was licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Taikata Creek, Auckland Harbour, as a site for a landing-place, to be erected in accordance with plan marked M.D. 4892, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington on the terms and conditions therein set forth:
And whereas the said license has expired and the Council has applied for a fresh license under the Harbours Act, 1923 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), for a further term, and it is desirable to grant the same:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the said Act, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
