Import Duties Act of United Kingdom.

I T is hereby notified for public information that the Minister of Customs has been advised that in order that New Zealand produce exported from this Dominion to the United Kingdom may be entitled to the benefits of the exemptions from duty contained in Import Duties Act recently passed by the Parliament of the United Kingdom it is necessary that certificates should be produced to the Customs authorities in the United Kingdom in the form set out in the Schedule hereto.
Exporters of goods to the United Kingdom should therefore see that with respect to all future shipments of New Zealand produce entitled to preference in the United Kingdom certificates in that form are forwarded with the documents relating to goods.
A form of certificate different from that set out in the Schedule is required for manufactured goods (i.e., other than butter, cheese, fruit, and other primary products) entitled to preference in the United Kingdom. Copies of these forms may be obtained at any Customhouse in New Zealand.

(1) Insert the word partner, manager, chief clerk, or other principal official, giving rank, as the case may be, unless the person giving the certificate is the sole proprietor of the business, when the words in brackets may be omitted.
(2) Insert the word grower, producer, or supplier, as the case may be.
(3) Country of origin.
(4) The words in brackets may be omitted when the grower, producer, or supplier is not himself or by his agent the actual exporter, provided that in such a case the exporter gives the supplementary certificate below.
(5) Port of ultimate destination.
(6) Delete in case of goods shipped direct.
(7) Address.
(8) To be filled up when the certificate is not given by the actual grower or producer.

N OTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned stock-resting reserve will be offered for disposal by public auction at the District Lands and Survey Office, Nelson, on Tuesday, the 5th April, 1932, at 11 o’clock a.m., under the provisions of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
PART Section 8, Block I, Motupiko Survey District: Area, 50 acres. Minimum annual rental, £9. Term of lease: Seven years, from the 1st July, 1932, without right of renewal.
Situated at Kikiwa on the Main Tophouse Road. All flat to undulating land, and adjoining the Motupiko River on the back boundary. Soil of fair to poor quality.
Terms and Conditions of Lease.

Rent is payable yearly in advance on 1st July in each and every year.

No compensation for improvements effected.

Lessee shall prevent the growth and spread of gorse, broom, sweetbrier, and other noxious weeds on the land, and shall remove or cause to be removed all noxious weeds now growing upon the said land.

Free right of ingress, egress, and regress over and upon the said land shall be given at all times to the general public with permission to hold picnics and sports meetings.

Lessee shall pay all rates, taxes, and other assessments accruing upon the said land.

Lease is liable to forfeiture if conditions are violated.
