of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prescribe that from and after the date of publication hereof in the Gazette, the dues and rates set forth in the Schedule hereto shall be charged and taken for the use of the said wharf.
SCHEDULE.
SHIPPING WHARFAGE.
EVERY person who shall use the said wharf with any vessel shall pay for the use thereof as follows, that is to say,—
For every vessel, a sum of 1d. per ton on the gross tonnage of such vessel per day for each day or part of a day a vessel shall occupy a berth alongside the wharf or alongside any vessel lying at the said wharf, or shall lie off the said wharf with a line attached thereto.
GOODS WHARFAGE.
Every person who shall use the said wharf for landing or shipping any goods shall, before using same, pay dues as follows, that is to say,—

For all goods landed on the said wharf, a rate of 2s. 6d. per ton weight or measurement, on the option of the licensees.

For every head of great cattle or horses landed upon or shipped from the said wharf, 2s. 6d. per head.
-
For every yearling or calf so landed upon or shipped from the said wharf, the sum of 1s. per head.
-
For every head of sheep or small cattle so landed upon or shipped from the said wharf, the sum of 6d. per head.
-
If any ship shall use the said wharf for the discharge of any goods or cargo after the usual working-hours or on wharf holidays, such ship shall pay to the licensees for the use of the said wharf a charge at the rate of 1s. per ton in addition to the above on all goods or cargo so discharged from such ship.
This charge will be made only when, in the opinion of the Wharfinger, it is necessary to employ labour to stack or remove cargo in sheds in consequence of the discharge of such goods or cargo as aforesaid.
PASSENGERS.
For every passenger who shall land on or be shipped from the said wharf, the sum of 1s.

Revolving the Vesting in the Nelson City Council of Part of a Waterworks Reserve situated in Block II, Maungatapu Survey District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of February, 1932.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of an area vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the City of Nelson, in trust, for waterworks purposes, by an Order in Council dated the seventeenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and ten, and published in Gazette of the twenty-seventh day of that month, in pursuance of section four of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, but a certificate of title has not been issued in respect of the said reserve :
And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council should be revoked in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto, and the Nelson City Council has duly consented to such revocation :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council hereinbefore referred to in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing 289 acres, more or less, situated in Block II, Maungatapu Survey District : Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by Section 22, Block X, Wakapuaka Survey District, a distance of 178·4 links, 265·8 links, 434 links, and 1691·6 links; towards the north-east by Section 85, Block X, Wakapuaka Survey District, a distance of 2396·8 links; by Section 33, Block X, Wakapuaka Survey District, a distance of 3812·1 links; and by Provisional State Forest, a distance of 7575·4 links; and towards the south and south-west generally by the remaining portion of Waterworks Reserve (Section I, Block II, Maungatapu Survey District), a distance of 358·2 links, 425·9 links, 562·6 links, 554·7 links, 1585·8 links, 576·8 links, 3209·3 links, 436·4 links, 288·8 links, 709·8 links, 562·4 links, 2355·7 links, 3709·7 links, 539·9 links, 678 links, and 1517·8 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. X/97/164, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

The Western Side of Portion of Liardet Street and the Southern Side of Portion of Gill Street, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of February, 1932.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, viz. :
“That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply—
(a) To that portion of the western side of Liardet Street to which Lot 1 of Section 878, New Plymouth, has frontage; nor
(b) To that portion of the southern side of Gill Street to which Lot 1 of Section 878, New Plymouth, has frontage”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Liardet Street or the southern side of the portion of Gill Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
The western side of all that portion of street situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Liardet Street, fronting part Section 878, Town of New Plymouth.
Also the southern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and borough known as Gill Street, fronting part Section 878, Town of New Plymouth.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83594, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
