Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XV, Rangiora Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 14·03 Rural Section 1283; coloured red.
0 0 24·68 Rural Section 404; coloured blue.
0 1 2·02 Rural Section 1283; coloured yellow.
Situated in Block XV, Rangiora Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 931/448.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81379, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of February, 1932.

Land proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:
And whereas the fee-simple of the land described in the Schedule hereto (being land heretofore held under the tenure specified in the said Schedule), has been acquired and it is expedient that the said land should cease to be national-endowment land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date specified in the Schedule hereto the land described in the said Schedule which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, ceased to be national-endowment land.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
PART Section 4, Block IV, Ngongotaha Survey District: Area, 17 acres 1 rood 25 perches. Tenure: Not previously held on any tenure. Date: 29th December, 1931. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 9/2695, and filed in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plan S.O. 26428.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of February, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the roads described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 5 acres 2 roods 3 perches.
Being portion of Section 105; coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROADS CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed:—

Land set apart as an Endowment for Secondary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being portions of road closed and being land which intersects the endowment for secondary education, described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 13 acres 3 roods 21·3 perches, more or less, being portions of road closed by Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 70, of 21st July, 1910, page 2006, and intersecting Section 151, Rangitumau Registration District, Block XIV, Puketoi Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2003, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 6,961 acres 1 rood 23·2 perches, more or less, being Lots 1 and 3 and part Lot 2, D.P. 2130, and Lot 4, D.P. 2131, and being part Section 151, Rangitumau Registration District, Blocks I and II, Mangapakeha Survey District, and Block XIV, Puketoi Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of February, 1932.
