NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution was duly passed on the 11th day of February, 1932, by an entry in the minute-book duly signed in accordance with section 168 (6) of the Companies Act, 1908:—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that BENJAMIN CHARLES NEALE, of Nelson, Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
