IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of the Official Appointments and Documents Act, 1919, appointed
Robert Fraser, of Papatoawai,
to be an Inspector of Sea-fishing for the purposes of Part I of the first-mentioned Act.

Lieutenant D. H. Hopkirk (Retired List), to be Lieutenant, with seniority as from 8th July, 1929, and is posted to the 2nd C Battalion. Dated 11th February, 1932.
N.Z. AIR FORCE.
Pilot Officer H. F. Armstrong ceases to be posted to No. 1 (Army Co-operation) Squadron and is posted to No. 2 (Bomber) Squadron. Dated 17th February, 1932.
