ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day
of February, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint
The member for the Wainui Riding of the Waitemata
County Council, ex officio,
The President of the Auckland Automobile Association,
ex officio,
Donald Barltrop,
Frank William Bartlett,
John Richard Curley,
Sydney James Elliott,
William Stephenson Meldrum, and
Francis Neville
to be the Orewa Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Saturday, the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-two, at two o’clock p.m., as the time
when, and the Silverdale Hall, as the place where, the first
meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—OREWA DOMAIN.
Lots 1 and 2 of part Allotment 238 and Lot 101 of part
Allotment 279, Waiwera Parish: Area, 34 acres 3 roods
4 perches.
Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District,
being part of Allotment 319, Waiwera Parish, containing by
admeasurement 16 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more or less,
being the area as described in New Zealand Gazette, No. 16,
17th March, 1927, less the area containing 2 acres 3 roods
30 perches, more or less, as described in New Zealand
Gazette, No. 84, 4th December, 1930. As the same is more

deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and

ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 172 acres 0 roods 37 perches, more or less,
being Section 70, Block VII, Oteramika Hundred: Bounded
towards the north by Section 68, Block VII, Oteramika
Hundred, 3119·8 links; towards the east by Section 5, a
public road, Section 6 and Section 7, Block VII, Oteramika
Hundred, 760·1 links, 2387·3 links, and 1403·3 links; towards
the south by Section 71, Block VII, and Section 45, Block II,
Oteramika Hundred, 4514·8 links; and towards the north-
west by Sections 34, 33, 32, and 31, Block II, Oteramika
Hundred, 4760 links; save and excepting intersecting tram-
way reserves, 20 links wide: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. 1/727, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

tricts declared to be a United District, by Name The Thames
Valley Drainage District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of
February, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred on him by section fifteen of the Land Drainage
Act, 1908, section fifty-six of the Local Legislation Act,
1930, and section forty of the Local Legislation Act, 1931,
and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that
behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
order and declare that the Elstow Drainage District, the
Hungahunga Drainage District, the Tahuna Drainage Dis-
trict, and the Waitoa Drainage District shall form one
united district under and for the purposes of the said Land
Drainage Act, 1908, by name The Thames Valley Drainage
District, and doth include therein that portion of the Waitoa
River extending from its junction with the Piako River to
its junction with the Thames-Waikato Road; doth declare
that the boundaries of the said united district, with such
inclusion as aforesaid, shall be those described in the First
Schedule hereto; doth hereby divide the said united district
into ten subdivisions by name the Hungahunga Subdivision,
the Manawaru Subdivision, the Waihekau Subdivision, the
Tatuanui Subdivision, the Whakahoro Subdivision, the Wai-
toa Subdivision, the Waihou Subdivision, the Elstow Sub-
division, the Awaii Subdivision, and the Tahuna Subdivision,
the boundaries whereof shall be those described in the Second
Schedule hereto; and doth hereby fix the number of persons
to comprise the Board of Trustees of the said united district
as ten, and the number of Trustees to be elected for each
subdivision as one.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
THAMES VALLEY DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, bounded
towards the north generally by the north-western boundaries
of Makumaku 3B, 5E, and 5F Blocks, the western boundary
of Section 6, Block VII, Waihou Survey District, the northern
and north-eastern boundaries of Wairau No. 3 Block to its
easternmost corner; thence along the northern and eastern
boundaries of Kaikahu No. 1B 1 Block, and the eastern
boundary of Kaikahu 1B 2 Block, and that boundary pro-
duced to Te Awaii No. 2C 1 Block; thence along part of
the northern boundary of that block and the western boundary
of Kaikahu No. 4 Block to Allotment No. 6 on plan 8682
deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at
Auckland; thence along the southern boundaries of Allot-
ments 6 and 5 on Plan 8682 aforesaid to the western
boundary of Te Arawhakapekapeka Block; thence towards
the east generally by that boundary, part of the northern and
south-western boundary of Section 2, Block VII, Waihou
