IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Mortgagors Relief Act, 1931, and its amendment, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint Mortgagors’ Liabilities Adjustment Commissions named as set out hereunder, the boundaries of the district of each such Commission to be co-terminous with the boundaries of the land district of the same name; and also to appoint the undermentioned persons to be members of the respective Commissions set out opposite their names, the name of the Chairman being indicated in each case.

Notice of Result of Poll on Proposal to raise a Loan.
PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the special rating area comprising all those portions of the Central Electric-power District as defined by Orders in Council appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on the 8th day of July, 1920, 7th day of September, 1922, 6th day of March, 1924, 7th day of August, 1924, 8th day of January, 1925, 3rd day of December, 1925, and 8th day of September, 1927, being the whole of the Central Electric-power District with the exception of that portion of the County of Raglan included in the said district by Order in Council appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on the 27th day of March, 1930, was taken on 2nd February, 1932, on the proposal of the Central Electric-power Board to borrow the sum of $40,000 for the purpose of the construction and erection of transmission-lines, transformer-stations, and all fittings and appliances for conveying, transmitting, and distributing electricity in the special area aforesaid, including the purchase of all necessary land, buildings, material, plant, and tools, and all payments for labour, engineer’s fees, plans, and supervision, and for compensation to owners of property in respect of such works, in respect of which works guarantees as described in clause 12 (1) of the Electrical Supply Regulations, 1927,
