PHOTOMATON LIMITED.
IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of Photomaton Limited (in Liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the above company will be held at twelve noon on the 22nd day of February, 1932, at the office of the Liquidator, 102 Featherston Street, Wellington, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to lay before such meeting an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and of offering any explanation he may wish to give, and for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing as an extraordinary resolution the following resolution:—
Resolved, “That the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator be retained by the Liquidator for a period of one year from the date hereof, after which time they may be destroyed by the Liquidator.”

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the St. Kilda Bowling Club, Limited (in Liquidation), will be held in the Pavilion of the St. Kilda Bowling Club (Incorporated), situated at the corner of Ferguson Street and Royal Crescent, Musselburgh, Dunedin, on Saturday, the 27th day of February, 1932, at 8 o’clock in the evening, for the purpose of laying before such meeting the Liquidator’s account, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of

IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of AMALGAMATED DRAPERS, LIMITED (in Liquidation), a company incorporated under the above-named Act, and having its registered office at No. 213 Manchester Street, Christchurch.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 6th day of February, 1932, presented to the Honourable Mr. Justice Adams, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by The Kaiapoi Woollen Manufacturing Company, Limited, a creditor of the said company, and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court at Christchurch on the 19th day of February, 1932, at the hour of 10.15 o’clock in the forenoon: And any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

THE MANAWATU FARMERS FREEZING AND BACON CO., LTD.
IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of THE MANAWATU FARMERS FREEZING AND BACON CO., LTD.
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, 213 Princess Street, Palmerston North, on Thursday, the 28th day of January, 1932, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
“That it is proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that this company be wound up voluntarily, and that a Liquidator be appointed at this meeting.”
At the said meeting, JOHN WILLIAM MOULTON, of Palmerston North, Company Secretary, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 5th day of February, 1932, presented to the Right Honourable Sir Michael Myers, K.C.M.G., P.C., Chief Justice of New Zealand, by Arthur Parsons O’Leary, of New Plymouth, Company-manager, a contributory and creditor of the said company: And the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court at New Plymouth on the 22nd day of February, 1932; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
