DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

In the matter of the Partnership Act, 1908.

THE Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, under the name of “E. Hayes and Sons,” Engineers, Oturehua, is dissolved as from the lst day of December, 1931. The business will, as from that date, be carried on under the same name by Bernard Pearson Hayes, Llewellyn Pearson Hayes, and Irving Pearson Hayes, by whom all amounts payable by the old firm will be paid, and to whom all amounts owing to the old firm are to be paid.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore carried on at the TALCAIRN CONVALESCENT HOME, No. 52 Hill Street, Wellington, by Misses Alison Kennedy and Gertrude Begley, under the name of “Kennedy and Begley,” has been dissolved as from the Ist February, 1932, and the Home will be carried on by the said Gertrude Begley as from that date.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 21st day of December, 1931, presented to Mr. Justice Herdman, a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, by the Hartley and Riley Consolidated Gold-dredging Company, Limited (in Liquidation), by its Liquidator, NOEL ROYCROFT STEWART, of Chancery Chambers, Auckland, Accountant, a creditor of the said company, and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court at the Supreme Court House, Auckland, on the 29th day of February, 1932, at 10 o'clock a.m., and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose, and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of THE CO-OPERATIVE FURNITURE MANUFACTURING COMPANY, LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given that the Co-operative Furniture Manufacturing Company, Limited, has placed upon its minute-book the necessary resolution, under date 3rd February, 1932 (and in conformity with section 168, sub-section (6) of the Companies Act, 1908), whereby the company went into voluntary liquidation.

All persons, firms, or companies having claims against the aforesaid company are required to send full particulars thereof to me on or before the 29th February, 1932, otherwise they may be excluded from participation in any distribution of the assets.

In pursuance of section 168 of the Companies Act, 1908, it is hereby resolved, “That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly, and that Messrs. JOHN SHERWIN BUTLER and MORRIS STEWART SPENCE be appointed Liquidators.”
