SAFETY HORSE FLOATS, LTD. (A PRIVATE COMPANY).

IN LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of SAFETY HORSE FLOATS, LTD. (A PRIVATE COMPANY), IN LIQUIDATION.

THE following extraordinary resolution was duly passed in accordance with section 168 (6) of the Companies Act, 1908, on 21st December, 1931.

“That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that ALBERT EDGAR PALMER, of Hastings, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

All persons or firms having claims against the above company are required to forward full particulars of all such claims to the undersigned at Queen Street, Hastings (P.O. Box 105) not later than 30th January, 1932, otherwise they will be excluded from participation in any distribution.

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHRISTIAN NAME.

I, THELMA JANE BUCHANAN, of Number 3 Regent Road, Dunedin, Shop-assistant, hereby give public notice that on the 16th day of December, 1931, I did formally assume, adopt, and take, and did determine thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the Christian name of “Thelma,” in addition to the Christian name of “Jane,” and I give further notice that such change of name is evidenced by deed poll dated the 16th day of December, 1931, duly executed by me, and enrolled in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Dunedin aforesaid on the 21st day of December, 1931.

AT a meeting of shareholders of the above company, held on the 21st day of December, 1931, the following resolution was passed:—

“That it having been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, that the company go into voluntary liquidation, and that Mr. W. A. YOUNG be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed by the shareholders of the above company on the 27th day of November, 1931:—

“That it has been proved to our satisfaction that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. FRANK WILLIAM LUXFORD, of Hamilton, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
