EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of renewable
lease, Vol. 18, folio 283, Westland Registry, for all that
parcel of land, containing 205 acres, being Section 13,
Block XVI, of the Waiwhero Survey District, whereof JOHN
ANDREW KENNEDY, formerly of Ahaura, Farm Labourer,
but now of Wellington, Telegraph Linesman, is the registered
lessee, and application having been made to me for the issue
of a provisional lease in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice
that it is my intention to issue such new lease accordingly at
the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.
