HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Recreation Reserves in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserves shall hereafter be known as the Orewa Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—OREWA DOMAIN.

Lots 1 and 2 of part Allotment 238 and Lot 101 of part Allotment 279, Waiwera Parish: Area, 34 acres 3 roods 4 perches.

Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District, being part of Allotment 319, Waiwera Parish, containing by admeasurement 16 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more or less, being the area as described in New Zealand Gazette, No. 16, 17th March, 1927, less the area containing 2 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, as described in New Zealand Gazette, No. 84, 4th December, 1930. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/851, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
