A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as a road the land in Maungatautari Survey District
described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
2 roods 0·5 perches.
Being portion of part Section 9.
Situated in Block XII, Maungatautari Survey District
(Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26324.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83005,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of
December, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as a street the land in the City of Dunedin described
in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street:
4·45 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 1, L.T.P. 385, being part Section 45.
Situated in Block IX, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey
District (Otago R.D.), (City of Dunedin).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82690, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of
December, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first
day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 3 roods
19·5 perches.
Being portion of Rural Sections 7131 and 7132.
Situated in Blocks I and XIII, Rakaia Survey District
(Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 1226.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82406,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of
December, 1931.
