In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of STRAWBOARD (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following special reso-
lution was duly passed on the 16th day of November,
193]:-
Resolved: "That the company go into voluntary liquidation;
and, further, it was resolved that JAMES TODD and PERCY
BARNES FOOTE be appointed Liquidators to the company."
All persons having claims against the above company are
required, on or before the 31st day of December, 1931, to
send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts
and claims to the said Liquidators at their address, 19 Arcade
Chambers, Timaru, New Zealand; and, if so required by
notice in writing from them, to personally or by their soli-
citors or agents to come in and prove such debts or claims
at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice,
or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit
of any distribution made before such debts or claims are
proved.

MENT COMPANY, LIMITED.
IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a general meeting of
shareholders of the OREPUKI SHALE, OIL, AND COAL
DEVELOPMENT Co., LTD., held at the registered office of the
company, Esk Street, Invercargill, on the 2nd November,
1931, the following resolutions were submitted and carried:-
"That the Orepuki Shale, Oil, and Coal Development
Co., Ltd., be wound up voluntarily."
"That FRANK ARTHUR WEBB, Public Accountant, Inver-
cargill, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes
of such winding-up."
The above resolutions were confirmed at a subsequent
meeting of shareholders held at the registered office of the
company, Esk Street, Invercargill, on 16th November, 1931.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hereby
subsisting between CHARLES SAMUEL HUNT and JOHN
ASPINALL WHITE, carrying on business as Motor-garage
Proprietors at Anderson's Bay Road, Dunedin, under the
style or firm of "Hunt and White," has been dissolved as
from the 10th day of November, 1931.
All debts due and owing to the late firm will be received
and paid respectively by the said John Aspinall White, who
will continue to carry on the said business.

company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are
required, on or before the 20th December, 1931, being the
date fixed for that purpose by the undersigned, to send their
names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or
claims to JOSEPH BENJAMIN, Liquidator of the above company;
and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator,
are to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time
and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default
thereof they shall be excluded from the benefit of any distri-
bution made before the said debts are proved.
