eastern side of the portion of Glen Road, or the south-eastern

hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE.

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated
in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Glen
Road, fronting Allotment 322, Glen Estate.

Also the south-eastern side of all that portion of street
situated in the said land district and city known as Glen
Avenue, fronting Allotment 322, Glen Estate.

As the said portions of streets are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82370, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red.

The North-western Side of Portions of Brunel Street, and the
South-eastern and North-eastern Sides of Portions of Lawrence
Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions
of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a
Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of
November, 1931.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the eighth
day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one,
viz. :—

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets
in the said City of Dunedin, viz. :—

(a) Portions of the north-western side of Brunel Street
abutting on Lots 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10, Block V,
Township of Mornington ; and

(b) Portions of the south-eastern, eastern, and north-
eastern sides of Lawrence Street, abutting on
Lots 20, 21, and 23, Block I, Township of Rich-
mond Hill ;

as the said several portions of streets are more particularly
shown on the plan annexed hereto, and are thereon coloured
brown and edged with red to their respective centre-lines ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-
western side of the portions of Brunel Street or the south-
eastern and north-eastern sides of the portions of Lawrence
street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of
thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions
of streets.

SCHEDULE.

THE north-western side of all those portions of street situated
in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Brunel
Street, fronting Lots 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10, Block V, Township of
Mornington.

Also the south-eastern and north-eastern sides of all those
portions of street in the said land district and city known as
Lawrence Street, fronting Lots 20, 21, and 23, Block I, Town-
ship of Richmond Hill.

As the said portions of streets are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82859, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured brown and edged red.

of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

edged with red to its centre-line ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-
western side of the portion of Grosvenor Street (described in
the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet
from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

of Blenheim, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of
the Public Works Act, 1928.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council

twenty-fifth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-one, viz. :—

“ The Blenheim Borough Council, being the local autho-
rity having control of the streets in the Borough of Blenheim,
by resolution declares that the provisions of section one
hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to that portion of the street known as
Alfred Street (on this plan coloured brown, 100·3 links in
length), adjoining the land being Section 83 of 1, Omaka,
and being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title,
Vol. 31, folio 220 ” ;
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the
Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, known as
Alfred Street, fronting Section 83 of Section 1, District of
Omaka. As the said portion of street is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82214, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured brown.
