NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, as Proprietors of MINIATURE GOLF LINKS, under the style or firm of “Maughan and Morrison,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Matthew Morrison, who will continue to carry on the said business on his own account.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
AT a special meeting of shareholders of WHEELER’S LTD., held on 30th January, 1931, it was resolved that the company be in voluntary liquidation, and at a subsequent special meeting held on the 2nd February, 1931, the following resolution was unanimously carried :—
