68. CLASSIFICATION OF GOODS, LIVE-STOCK, ETC.

69. Except as otherwise provided, all goods, live-stock, parcels, and luggage carried on the railways, and included in the following classification, will be charged under the class specified in each case at the rates prescribed for each class in Reg. 69.

70. If any goods which are not mentioned in this classification are required to be carried by rail they shall, until the classification of such goods and the conditions of their carriage are determined by the Board, be carried and charged as if they were classified herein as “Class A, owner’s risk, special goods.”

71. All goods hereinafter classified as “dangerous” are hereby declared to be “Special Goods.”

72. The word “dangerous” indicates that the goods will be conveyed under the regulations applicable to explosives and dangerous goods.
