In the Supreme Court of New Zealand,
Northern District.

In the matter of the Religious, Charitable, and Educational Trusts Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of the trusts declared in a Declaration of Trust dated the 10th day of March, 1916, in respect of an endowment for the upkeep of, and for the conduct of public divine worship in, the Waiwera Church, situated at Waiwera, near Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that a scheme for the variation of the endowment created by the said Declaration of Trust has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Auckland, and will be considered and dealt with by a Judge of that Court at Auckland on Friday, the 11th day of December, 1931, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, or so soon thereafter as counsel can be heard.

The said scheme is open for inspection by the public at the said Court without fee or charge.

ROAD CONSTRUCTORS, LIMITED.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of ROAD CONSTRUCTORS, LIMITED.

AT an extraordinary meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, N.Z. Express Company’s Building, on Thursday, the 29th day of October, 1931, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed :—

“ That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

At the said meeting, ROBERT CEPHAS BURGESS, of Dunedin, Public Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the above company will be held at the office of the Liquidator, No. 219, Victoria Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 8th day of December, 1931, at the hour of three o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of laying before such meeting the Liquidator’s account, showing his acts and dealings and the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and its assets disposed of ; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
