20th November, 1931, at 2 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of
having an account laid before them showing the manner in
which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of
the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation
that may be given by the Liquidators, and also of determining
by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books,
accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidators
thereof shall be disposed of.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto subsisting between EDWARD
DANAHER and JOHN LINDSAY KINNELL under the
style of "Danaher and Kinnell," at Mangapeehi, Sawmillers,
has been dissolved by mutual consent from the 1st day of
October, 1931, and accounts owing to the said firm require to
be paid to the said John Lindsay Kinnell at Mangapeehi
aforesaid.

Drainage Act, 1908, and amendments thereto, I hereby give
notice that Mr. James Cameron Miller has given notice of his
retirement from the Election of Trustees for the above Board
for the Northern Subdivision, and as the number of candidates
now duly nominated does not exceed the number of vacancies
to be filled for the Northern Subdivision—namely, two—I
