Land taken for the Purposes of a Recreation-ground in Block XV, Omapere Survey District, Kaikohe Town District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a recreation-ground, and shall vest in the Kaikohe Town Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 15 acres 0 roods 11·5 perches.
Being Lot 3, D.P. 22327, being part Kohewhata No. 69 Block.
Situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26521.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82860, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of November, 1931.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks V, VI, VII, and VIII, Pihanga Survey District—viz., Portion of the National Park—Taupo Main Highway (Otukou Deviation).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks V, VI, VII, and VIII, Pihanga Survey District—viz., portion of the National Park—Taupo Main Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the National Park—Taupo Main Highway opposite Section 1 (Rangipo Prison Reserve), Block VIII, Pihanga Survey District, and proceeding in a south-westerly, westerly, and north-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately ten miles, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz.: Part Rangipo North No. 2b Block, Blocks VIII and VII, Pihanga Survey District; part Rangipo North No. 2c 2 Block, Block VII, Pihanga Survey District; Rangipo North No. 2c 3 Block, Rangipo North Nos. 2c 1 and 1c Blocks, and Okahukura No. 1 Block, Block VI, Pihanga Survey District; part Okahukura No. 8m 2b 3a Block, Blocks VI and V, Pihanga Survey District; Ngapuna Block, Okahukura No. 8m 2b 2 Block (Crown land), and Okahukura No. 8m 2b 3b Block, Block V, Pihanga Survey District; and terminating at a point on the said National Park—Taupo Main Highway opposite the said Okahukura No. 8m 2b 3b Block; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Wellington Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82866, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of November, 1931.

Revoking Proclamations proclaiming Lands held under Small Grazing-run Lease as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Lands.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section five of the Land Act, 1924, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamations dated the seventeenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and the twelfth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, respectively, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, respectively, declaring lands held under small grazing-run lease as ceasing to be set apart as national-endowment lands under the provisions of section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924.

Crown Lands set apart as Provisional State Forests.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto as parts of provisional State forests.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Parts of Provisional State Forest No. 71 (Tairua Plantation).
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 214 acres 3 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Section 4, Block VII, Tairua Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the east by a public road and Provisional State Forest No. 71 (Gazette, 1920, page 924); towards the south-west and south-east by Section 25s, Hikuai Settlement; and towards the north-west by a public road and Provisional State Forest No. 71 aforesaid: save and excepting the intersecting public roads. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 23/18, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 26334.)
And also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 912 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Sections 2, 3, and 4, Block XI, Tairua Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the east by Provisional State Forest No. 71 (Gazette, 1920, page 924); towards the south and south-east by a public road; towards the north-east and again towards the south-east by Provisional State Forest No. 71 aforesaid; towards the south-west by a public road; towards the north-west by Section 26s, Hikuai Settlement; and towards the north by Section 26s aforesaid and Provisional State Forest No. 137 (Gazette, 1927, page 700): save and excepting the intersecting public road. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 23/19, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 20404.)
