Appointment of Member of Board of Health under the Health Act, 1920.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Health Act, 1920, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

James Sands Elliott, M.D., Edin.,

as a member of the Board of Health under the aforesaid Act for a period of three years from the 1st day of January, 1931, vice Wm. Young, M.D., resigned.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 24th day of December, 1930.
