APPLICATION having been made to me to register a notice of re-entry by JAMES McCOLL, of Otorohanga, Farmer, and ZALFEH McCOLL, his Wife, as lessors under lease No. 13401, of Section 2, Block IX, Mangaorongo Survey District, being the whole of the land in occupation license with right of purchase, Vol. 205, folio 137 (Auckland Registry), whereof ALBERT LEONARD SMITH, of Otorohanga, Farmer, is the registered lessee, I hereby give notice of my intention to register such notice of re-entry upon the expiration of one month from the 29th day of October, 1931, unless good cause to the contrary be shown.
