deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of
Pukekohe described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

Parish; coloured green.
All situated in Block XI, Drury Survey District (Auckland

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as
stopped the Government road described in the Schedule
hereto, such road being no longer required.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 acre
0 roods 24 perches.
