ERRATUM.—In the Order in Council, dated 10th December, 1928, Directing sale of Railway Land at Khandallah, under the Public Works Act, 1908, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 96, of 20th December, 1928, page 3614, in the Schedule for “13·33 perches,” read “12·74 perches.”
Allocating Land reserved and taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Road in the County of Piako, at Piako.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Waikato-Thames Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a road:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and twenty-six of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Piako County Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land: 16·45 perches and 4·11 perches.
Portions of Railway Reserve (part Maungakawa Block), Block II, Maungakawa Survey District, Piako County. (S.O. 26224, blue.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 1562, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of October, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Oamaru Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 17·6 Allotment 5, Township of Floraville; coloured blue.
0 0 25·1 Allotments 7 and 9, Township of Floraville; coloured pink.
0 0 30·7 Allotments 12 and 15, Township of Floraville; coloured yellow.
All being part Section 13.
Situated in Block I, Oamaru Survey District (Otago R.D.), In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82759, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of October, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Hokonui Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
