matter of EGLINTON SAFETY LIGHT COMPANY, LIMITED

Thames Street, Oamaru, in the Dominion of New
Zealand.
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of an order
of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Otago and
Southland District, made on the 2nd day of October, 1931,
it is ordered that the creditors of the above-named company
who have not already proved their claims should prove same
before the 2nd day of December, 1931, and that unless such
creditors do come in and prove their claims on or before such
last-mentioned date the Liquidator will proceed to distribute
the assets of the above-named company, having regard only
to such creditors of the said company as shall then have
proved their claims.

received. - That the amount of all moneys received on account of
estates on the 1st day of July last is £8,079,948 ls. 8d. - That the amount of all moneys paid on account of
estates on that day is £8,076,147 7s. 9d. - That the amount of the balances due to estates under
administration on that day is £3,800 13s. 11d. - That the liabilities of the company as on the 1st day of
July last were £11,905 4s. 4d. - That the assets of the company on that day were
£130,232 8s. 11d. - That the first annual license was issued on the 10th
day of March, 1911.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing
the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an
Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the
Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
