IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street and road the land described in the First Schedule hereto situated in the Borough of Paeroa and the County of Ohinemuri, respectively, and also do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of street and road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
