The notice dated the 17th April, 1923, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 19th April, 1923, prohibiting the sale within the Borough of Cambridge of certain goods comprised in the trade of a tobacconist is hereby cancelled as from the date of the coming into operation of this notice.

Handicraft Teachers' Certificate Examinations, 1931.

THE following lists contain the results of the examination held in August, 1931, for the purposes of handicraft teachers' certificates. In the preparation of the lists consideration has been given to candidates' successes at previous examinations held by the Department.
The first list (I) contains the names of successful candidates for the handicraft teachers' certificate examination. Certificates will be issued to such of those as have produced satisfactory evidence of age and good character, have passed the special medical examination required, and have fulfilled the necessary conditions as to length of service and efficiency in teaching.
The second list (II) gives the names of those who have gained passes or partial passes in one or more sections of the examination.
