The Northern Side of Portion of The Crescent, in the Borough
of Picton, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the
Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the
Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this 5th day of
October, 1931.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolu-
tion passed by the Picton Borough Council on the eighteenth
day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one,
viz. :-
"The Picton Borough Council having control of that
street known as The Crescent, by resolution declares that
the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of
the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion
of the said street adjoining Sections 192, 193, 194, and 195,
Town of Picton, 475:23 links in length, and being the land
comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 28, folio 177";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern
side of the portion of The Crescent (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street situated in
the Marlborough Land District, Borough of Picton, known
as The Crescent, fronting Sections 192, 193, 194, and 195,
Town of Picton. As the said portion of street is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82679, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured red.

exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public
Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Clutha County Council on the first day of
September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, viz. :-
"The Clutha County Council, being the local authority
having control of the roads in the Clutha Survey District,
by resolution declares that the provisions of section one
hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to that portion of road adjoining Section 5,
Block III, Clutha District, and coloured red hereon";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern
side of the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of
the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of road situated in the
Otago Land District, County of Clutha, fronting Section 5,
Block III, Clutha Survey District. As the said portion of
road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 82643, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

of Dunedin, is exempted from the Provisions of Section 128
of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

October, 1931.

Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the six-
teenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-one, viz. :-
"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one
hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to portion of the north-eastern side of
Oban Street, in the said City of Dunedin, where such
portion of street abuts on Allotment 80, Township of
Linden, as the said portion of street is more particularly
shown on the plan annexed hereto, and is thereon coloured
brown and edged with red to its centre-line";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-
eastern side of the portion of Oban Street (described in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated
in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Oban
Street, fronting Allotment 80, Township of Linden. As the
said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 82665, deposited in the office of the

The Rotorua Trout-fishing Regulations Amendment No. 2.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of
October, 1931.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
In pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in him
by the Fisheries Act, 1908, and its amendments, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the
following amending regulations by way of amendment to the
Rotorua Trout-fishing Regulations, 1929 (hereinafter called
"the principal regulations"), and with the like advice and
consent doth hereby declare that such regulations shall take
effect on and from the ninth day of October, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-one.
REGULATIONS.
-
These regulations may be cited as the Rotorua Trout-
fishing Regulations Amendment No. 2, and shall be read
together with and form part of the principal regulations. -
Regulation 36 of the principal regulations is hereby
revoked, and the following regulation substituted in lieu
thereof :- -
(1) No person shall in fishing for trout in any place to
which this regulation applies use-
(i) Any lure or bait other than an artificial fly;
(ii) Any spinning fly, or fly with an spinning attachment,
whether such fly be an artificial fly or not;
(iii) Any artificial fly in the manner known as "trolling"
or "harling."
(2) This regulation shall apply to the following places:-
(a) The Kaituna River between Lake Rotoiti and the
electric-power station at the Okere Falls.
