A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 0·32 perches.
Being Lot 3 (D.P. 5263) of Section 1378.
Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District (Town of New Plymouth R.D.), (Borough of New Plymouth).
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80759, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of January, 1931.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for Street Purposes and in connection with Street-widening at Thorndon Quay, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twenty-second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 48, of the twenty-seventh day of the same month, taking land for street purposes and in connection with street-widening at Thorndon Quay, in the City of Wellington, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was taken.
