3 acres 0 roods 25 perches.
Being portion of Reserve No. 1486.
Situated in Block IV, Kapunatiki Survey District (Canter-
bury R.D.). (S.O. 2170.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80818,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of
January, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Dunedin
described in the Schedule hereto.
