Land taken for Street Purposes at Chaytor Street, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 0·28 perches. Being portion of Lot 2 (D.P. 949), being part Section 32.
Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (Karori R.D.), (City of Wellington). (S.O. 2327.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80821, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of January, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a gravel-pit, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimarino as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 2 roods 29 perches. Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 9286, being part Section 1.
Situated in Block XV, Makotuku Survey District. (S.O. 2584.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80188, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
