Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block X, Wangamoa Survey District-viz., a further Portion of the Ronga Valley - Croixelles Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, J. Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block X, Wangamoa Survey District-viz., a further portion of the Ronga Valley - Croixelles Road-shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point opposite the foreshore, in Section 23, Block X, Wangamoa Survey District, and proceeding thence in a westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 3m. llch., and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.-viz., Sections 23 and 24 and Lots 3A and 3B of Section 19, Block X, Wangamoa Survey District-and terminating at a point on a public road opposite the western boundary of the said Lot 3A, including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses : all in the Nelson Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80674, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of January, 1931.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block II, Te Mata Survey District, taken for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, J, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto-and which was taken for the Wellington-Napier Railway, and is not now required for such purpose-shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Hawke's Bay County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with : 2 roods 27Β·7 perches.

Being portion of railway land.

Situated in Block II, Te Mata Survey District. (S.O. 995, green.) In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79900, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of January, 1931.
