(Sydney), 1922, now residing in Dunedin, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 8th October, 1931, to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Department of Health at Dunedin.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the registered office of the said company, Kimbolton Road, Feilding, on the 24th day of August, 1931, the following resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened and held at the same place on Friday, the 11th day of September, 1931, the same resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution, viz.:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

And at such last-mentioned meeting HERBERT EDWARD TREMAIN, of Feilding, Company Secretary, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up.
