MEDICAL REGISTRATION.

I, CHARLES FRANCIS DE MONCHAUX, M.B. (Sydney), 1922, now residing in Dunedin, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 8th October, 1931, to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Department of Health at Dunedin.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of W. H. BAIN AND COMPANY, LIMITED.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the registered office of the said company, Kimbolton Road, Feilding, on the 24th day of August, 1931, the following resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened and held at the same place on Friday, the 11th day of September, 1931, the same resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution, viz.:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

And at such last-mentioned meeting HERBERT EDWARD TREMAIN, of Feilding, Company Secretary, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up.

IN LIQUIDATION.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, held on the 9th September, 1931, the following resolution was passed:

“That it is proved to its satisfaction that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is desirable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908; and that JOHN HENRY BARTLETT, of Paeroa, Public Accountant, be and hereby is appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the company held on 31st August, 1931, and adjourned to the 7th September, 1931, the following resolution was passed at such adjourned meeting:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same,

and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that THOMAS BALLINGALL, of Wanganui, Public Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

NOTICE is hereby given that under section 168 (6) of the Companies Act, 1908, the following extraordinary resolution, dated 31st August, 1931, was duly passed:

Resolved: “That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amendments, and that ALEX. PETERSON, JUN., be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
