NOTICE is hereby given that I, the undersigned RUBY MAY TAYLOR, of Auckland, in the Provincial District of Auckland, and Dominion of New Zealand, Spinster (heretofore known as RUBY MAY BANKS), being a British subject, have by deed poll dated the 7th day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and enrolled in the Supreme Court Office at Auckland, renounced and abandoned by surname of “Banks,” and assigned and adopted the surname of “Taylor” for all purposes whatsoever.

NELSON DIOCESAN TRUST BOARD.

In the matter of the Religious, Charitable, and Educational Trusts Act, 1908, and its amendments.

IN pursuance of section 24 of the above-mentioned Act notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of July, 1931, at the Supreme Court, at Nelson, an order was made by the Honourable Mr. Justice MacGregor approving of a scheme to divert the sum of twelve thousand eight hundred pounds (£12,800) from the bequest of Frances Charters Marsden to the Nelson Diocesan Trust Board of £10,000 and accumulated interest, upon trust, towards the cost of the erection of a spire or main spire (if there be more than one) of the new Church of England Cathedral to be erected in the City of Nelson, and to apply the said sum of £12,800 for the purpose of rendering that portion of the nave of the new cathedral now erected fit for use for worship (including the erection of a roof, the provision of seating, lighting, and heating, and the utilization of certain portions of the present building).

Dated at Nelson, this 10th day of September, 1931.
