NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned Education Reserve is offered for lease by tender, under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908, and amendments,

and written tenders addressed to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, and marked “Tender for Education Reserve Lease,” must reach the above-mentioned office not later than 4 o'clock on Wednesday, 21st October, 1931.

Paparoa County.—Rolleston Survey District.
RESERVE 1164, Block XII, 34 acres.
Loaded with £15, for improvements comprising about 65 chains boundary and subdivisional fencing; such amount to be paid in cash.
Situated about three miles and a half from Templeton Railway-station by good road. Sheep-grazing land of medium quality. When cleared will grow oats, turnips, and rape. Seven acres of potatoes (fair crop) go with the property.
