AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, 219 Victoria Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland, on Friday, the 3rd day of July, 1931, the following resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company also convened and held at the same place on Tuesday, the 28th day of July, 1931, the same resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution:— “That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908.”

And at such last-mentioned meeting JOHN WILLIAM NICHOL, of Auckland, Secretary, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.

W. HUTCHISON, Public Accountant, of Auckland, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding-up the company.”

Creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 23rd September, 1931, to send their names and postal addresses and detailed particulars of their claims to the undersigned, the Liquidator of the said company, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such claims are received.
